How does an exchange work, step by step?
- Write to us. Send the currency, the amount and whether you want to come to the office or have the cash delivered.
- Get your rate. We reply with the net rate for that amount and hold it for 60 minutes from your confirmation.
- Meet. Come to the office in Bang Tao with your passport, or wait for the courier at your address.
- Count and finish. You count the baht on the spot and receive an electronic receipt for the operation.

Do I need a passport to exchange cash?
Yes. Thai law requires identification for cash exchange in the office, so bring the passport itself, not a photo of it. Remote operations, such as SBP or USDT paid to your Thai card, need no document.
How long does the quoted rate stay valid?
Sixty minutes from the moment you confirm the deal in chat. If the market moves inside that hour, your number does not. After 60 minutes we requote.
Is delivery in Bang Tao really free?
Yes, delivery inside Bang Tao costs nothing on top of the rate. For Patong, Kata, Rawai, Chalong and other districts the fee depends on the amount and the distance, and we name it before the courier leaves.
Can I exchange old white US dollars?
Yes, we accept pre-2006 white-series dollars at a lower rate than the newer blue notes. Send a photo of the note in chat and we will quote it.
Which minimum applies to an SBP transfer?
The minimum for an SBP transfer is 10,000 THB. From 50,000 THB the rate is quoted individually, so send the exact sum before you transfer anything.
