The office stands on Bandon-Cherngtalay Road, the road that runs through Si Sunthon and Cherng Talay between the Bang Tao and Laguna area and the middle of the island. Set the coordinates or the Google Maps profile in your navigator and follow the road until the CAT Exchange sign.

What should I bring?
Bring your passport and the cash you want to change. Thai law requires the exchanger to identify the client for a cash operation, and a photograph of the passport on a phone does not satisfy it.
A passport is required for a cash exchange in the office under Thai identification rules. Remote operations require no document: an SBP transfer or a USDT payout to your Thai bank card is completed without a passport.
Notes should be reasonably clean and untorn. Old white-series US dollars printed before 2006 are accepted at a lower rate than the blue series, so send a photo in chat before you travel.
What can be done without visiting?
Three things run entirely through the chat. An SBP transfer from a Russian bank can be paid out to your Thai card. USDT converts to baht in your Thai bank account.

Yes. The office works every day from 09:00 to 21:00, weekends and Thai public holidays included. Message us before a late visit so the rate is fixed and the amount is ready.
Do you have other offices in Phuket?
No. CAT Exchange has one office, at 246 Bandon-Cherngtalay Rd in Si Sunthon. For Patong, Kata, Rawai, Chalong or Phuket Town we deliver cash rather than open a counter there.
Can I come without messaging first?
Yes, but the rate is then quoted on arrival. Guests who write ahead get the rate confirmed and held for 60 minutes, so the number does not move while they travel.
Do you accept Thai baht in exchange for foreign cash?
